A little Nashville rock history. A whole lot of attitude.
In the early 1970s, Nashville, Tennessee, was home to an unusual music venue called Muther’s Music Emporium. Open from December 1973 through April 1974, Muther’s became a short-lived but memorable part of the city’s music scene. The venue hosted a range of rock and roots performers and developed a visual identity that was anything but conventional.
The Muther’s design draws from that original artwork, featuring the unforgettable rocker-and-granny concept. It captures the rebellious humor and unconventional attitude of a time when rock culture was pushing boundaries and doing things its own way. For fans of vintage rock, unusual music memorabilia, and the stranger corners of 1970s music history, these socks celebrate a venue that may have been around for only a short time, but left behind a distinctive visual legacy.
Classic attitude. Bold artwork. No compromises.
